A Chicago man was arrested Sunday following a December 29 incident in which he allegedly spit on a Secret Service Agent, according to a report from the Chicago-Sun Times.

The incident reportedly occurred outside of Obama’s Chicago home when a Secret Service agent assigned to protect the home, was spit on by 46-year-old Kevin Lawrence.

According to sources, Lawrence spit inside of the agents car and hit the agent in the face and neck.

Lawrenece was arrested and charged with Aggravated battery with great bodily harm. He was booked into Cook County Jail on Sunday where he is being held on $50,000 bond.

His court date is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 18. According to police records obtained by Outlandishnews.com.
